These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JettingLeads website (the "Site") and the early-access list. By using the Site or joining the list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What JettingLeads provides

JettingLeads provides marketing services for drain-cleaning, sewer and hydro-jetting companies — including positioning, landing pages, search and paid advertising, local SEO, and lead generation. The Site currently offers an early-access list for companies interested in the service. Availability, features, pricing and service areas may change before and after launch.

Early-access list

Joining the early-access list does not create a contract for services and does not guarantee availability in your area or at any particular price. We will contact you with updates and, where available, an offer to begin service.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information when you contact us or join the list.
• Do not submit other people's information without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the Site or its forms.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos and graphics — are owned by JettingLeads or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the content without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any results will be achieved.

Limitation of liability
