Win Commercial & Restaurant Work
Residential drain work pays the bills. Commercial and restaurant accounts build the business. A restaurant with a grease-choked kitchen line calls every few months, a property manager has a dozen buildings, and both will sign a recurring maintenance plan if you make it easy. That is predictable revenue instead of chasing the next one-off backup.
Here is the catch: these buyers search differently, and a homeowner-focused site does not catch them. You need dedicated pages built for the commercial buyer.
Understand the different buyer
A homeowner wants it fixed today and cares about price. A property manager or restaurant owner cares about not getting shut down by the health department, not losing a dinner service, and having one reliable vendor who shows up on schedule. Speak to that. Lead with reliability, scheduling, and compliance, not just "fast service."
"Scheduled grease-line jetting for restaurants, kept on a maintenance calendar so your kitchen never backs up during service and you stay ahead of your health inspection."
Build separate commercial and restaurant pages
Do not fold this into your homeowner page. A commercial property manager searching "commercial drain jetting" or a restaurant owner searching "restaurant grease trap cleaning" needs to land on a page that speaks their language, or they bounce.
A "Restaurant & Commercial Kitchen Grease Line Service" page listing grease trap pumping, high-pressure line jetting, and scheduled preventive maintenance, with a form for a maintenance quote.
A single "Services" page that lumps "we also do commercial" into one sentence at the bottom. A property manager will never find it.
Sell the preventive, scheduled angle
The money is in the plan, not the emergency. Frame scheduled jetting as insurance: cheaper than an emergency shutdown, keeps them compliant, and means no surprise closures. Offer quarterly or monthly visits and say so clearly.
"Most of our restaurant clients are on a quarterly jetting schedule. It costs a fraction of an emergency call and a night of lost sales, and we handle the reminders."
Prove you can handle commercial work
Property managers vet vendors. Show your insurance, your commercial-grade equipment (trailer jetters, high-GPM units), any accounts you already service, and that you can invoice on their terms. Add a line about after-hours work so you do not disrupt their business.
Zoom Drain runs a dedicated commercial grease trap services page aimed squarely at restaurants and facility managers, leading with scheduled maintenance and compliance rather than one-off pricing, which is exactly how the commercial buyer thinks.
Do this: Build one dedicated page today titled for how restaurants actually search, like "Restaurant Grease Line Jetting & Preventive Maintenance," and lead it with the scheduled-service offer instead of an emergency phone number.
